Refund Policy

1. Before Development Starts

Full refund within 14 days of contract signing if no code has been written.

2. During Development

Refund proportional to undelivered milestones. Completed milestones are non-refundable.

3. Quality Issues

Bugs covered by 90-day warranty. Fix at no cost. If unfixable, partial refund negotiated.

4. Process

Email hello@devdaylight.com. Response within 3 business days. Refund within 10 business days via original payment method.
